The " I am" Compass


The intention for every client is to gain direction once again. Based on the ancient medicine wheel and Jung’s wheel of life, the I am ..compass was adapted from. This compass identifies the different facets of holistic wellbeing. During our sessions we will focus on the the following four areas of wellbeing:

  • Mind –It’s all about a healthy mind, removing limiting beliefs, intellectual understanding and conscious mind awareness. How to decode information.
  • Body – Your body is a reflection of the subconscious mind and unconscious beliefs. A healthy mind leads to a heathy body.
  • Heart- Understanding our emotions and how they impact on our physical and mental wellbeing. Our emotional state is our compass to our internal world.      
  • Soul – Knowing what one needs to live a life of purpose, understanding the deeper meaning of one’s journey.
